It looks like the seal between the drain solenoid and the drain itself has deteriorated and should be replaced. Our dishwasher ge gsd3200g00ww is leaking underneath whenever the drain process kicks in. Looks like a new sump assembly for this guy. On some ge dishwasher pumps there will be a drain solenoid such as the one below.

Leaks under the dishwasher can be caused by a leaking drain line broken heating element water seal leaking pump and motor assembly or leak in the water inlet assembly. Note when reinstalling the sump be sure that the sump is pressed down in the grove good or it will leak. A ge dishwasher with a bad drain solenoid seal.
